As we all know Google is mixing Real Time Search Results into Search Engine Results. As a part of SEO community we have to take this as an advantage and leverage traffic. Real time Search Results effectively pushed down other websites listing lower down in Search Results. So as Online Marketers we need to take this an an opportunity and get more traffic for our websites through these Real Time Search Results.
How to get traffic using Real Time Search Results:
Google has announced that it pulls results from Social Media websites, Micro Blogging Sites, News & Blogs. But if you watch closely in the Search Results, it’s often twitter results are displayed. So to start with focus on updating Twitter and try to get ranked in Search Engines.
Obviously the next move from Google would be filtering the Twitter Results from Spammers. So try to get more quality followers and also try to get a unique fan base in twitter, so that Google might not treat you as Spammer.
Also make sure your tweets and the people you follow are closely aligned to specific niche. So when some breaking news happens in the particular niche, Google will start using your tweets as legitimate.
Google’s latest results are constantly moving, so ensure you make lot of tweets. This will ensure your tweets stay in top. Recently most of us would have seen Breadcrumbs appearing in Google Search Results. Last month Google announced that it’s going to roll out Breadcrumbs in Search Results globally.
I got lot of queries referring what it exactly mean for Web Masters, so thought of explaining in my blog:
If you get Breadcrumbs on Search Results it means that we can get more links on the results page. You can get separate link for each page in the breadcrumb trail. This actually means Google says “Provide Context” – Google’s this move clearly shows that its moving towards “Semantic” where each link will be valued based on the relationship with context to content provided by other links. Google’s this move is generally well appreciated among the Web Master community.
Breadcrumbs in Search Results :

Google Breadcrumbs
Things to Note:
There are three types of breadcrumbs: Path Breadcrumb, Location Breadcrumb & Attribute Breadcrumb.
It Obvious that Google uses Location Breadcrumbs as it gives more of the Personalization in Search Listings.

Search Engine major Google throws Personalized Search when users logged in using their mail ids. Google has now extended its Personalized Search to even users who has not logged in by providing Real Time Search Results.
What is meant by “Real Time Search Results”?
Google is changing its Algorithm to provide Search Results that are aimed at higher relevancy to individual users than providing results to provide relevancy for average person as per the current Algorithm. This means that everyone who searches will be getting different results.
How does this affect SEO?
How can we rank in Google if everyone has different results?
Usually when Google announces any significant change in its algorithm, Search Engine Optimization Community must it to top priority and must consider what it means to them?
It would be difficult for Business to reach targeted audience through traditional SEO techniques if people get more results tailored to their tastes.
Conclusion:
How to tackle this new challenge? My guess is that all of the best practices for search engine optimization will apply. You may have to pay greater focus to your target audience. We must focus more on Long tail than just to rely only on the top keywords.
